We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing Tampa site, combining full-cycle recruiting with HR Business Partner responsibilities-supporting managers, driving organizational culture, and helping build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-growth deep-tech environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a wide range of roles (technical,operational, engineering, etc).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness
initiatives.
• Advise leadership on performance management, promotions, salary reviews, corrective actions, and separations
• Support organizational scaling and workforce planning as the site grows, identifying gaps and implementing scalable HR solutions
• Provide HR support and guidance to other XTEND sites across the region
• Ensure HR processes, policies, and recordkeeping meet U.S. compliance and support operational excellence
• 5+ years of combined experience in recruiting, HR, and HR Business Partnering, gained at a global technology company or fast-paced startup
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and talent assessment for technical and operational roles
• Experience in manager coaching, performance management, and compensation review cycles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Strong execution mindset, with the ability to operate independently, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
