XTEND is seeking a Digital Marketing & Platforms Lead, based in Israel and reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.
This role owns XTEND’s digital infrastructure, performance strategy, and scalable digital tools. You will lead the transformation and governance of our global digital presence across websites, platforms, and channels.
We are looking for a hands-on digital leader who combines technical fluency with strategic thinking. The ideal candidate is data-driven, AI-oriented, and comfortable building, optimizing, and scaling digital systems that support global sales and brand credibility.
This is a high-impact role with measurable business influence across revenue enablement, performance marketing, and digital authority.
Key pillars & objectives:
- Digital Infrastructure Leadership — Build and maintain scalable, structured digital platforms aligned with XTEND’s global growth.
- Performance & Analytics Ownership — Establish performance visibility and optimization logic across all digital channels.
- Digital Tools & Enablement Platforms — Develop and manage client-facing digital tools that support sales and operational teams.
- Channel Governance & Consistency — Ensure unified and high-quality digital presence across all XTEND brands.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the rebuild and ongoing management of XTEND’s websites, ensuring clear architecture and multi-brand alignment.
- Own website performance, structure, UX coordination, and content publishing processes.
- Manage platforms including Webflow and/or WordPress, working hands-on or with external suppliers as required.
- Own the technical side of the sales enablement app and related digital tools.
- Build or coordinate development of scalable digital solutions using AI where appropriate.
- Define and track KPIs across all digital channels.
- Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
- Lead SEO and GEO strategy and implementation.
- Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Govern LinkedIn (across brands), Twitter/X, and coordinated publishing cadence.
- Ensure consistent digital messaging and structured channel management.
- Continuously optimize digital presence based on measurable performance data.
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or digital platform management within a technology company.
- Proven hands-on experience managing and rebuilding websites (Webflow / WordPress experience required).
- Strong experience with performance marketing, analytics, and KPI ownership.
- Experience building or managing digital tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and GEO strategy and implementation.
- Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and performance reporting.
- Experience working with AI-driven tools and digital automation — required.
- Comfortable managing external suppliers when needed.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Highly independent, execution-focused, and able to move quickly.
